When #Mercury is #Retrograde it affects anything iron related which is in a lot of things on earth. As we ride past one another we feel its effects in travel, planning, communication, relationships, misunderstandings, conflict, button pushing, breakdowns of equipment and mental states. It sounds crap and like the end of the world but really Mercury is really our best friend. It shows us what isn't strong enough to continue to give us an opportunity to gain new things or fresh perspective, or to see someone's true colours for better or worse. Sometimes even our own!? All so that we can evolve into our best selves. It shows us what is on the verge of breaking so we can choose to repair it or get rid of it. It is usually retro with Pluto so expect it to feel rather emotional y'all. It's the time to assess, listen, pay attention, be patient, be quiet, reframe what we're saying, thinking, feeling. If it's not being heard, seen, felt, then remove your feelings from the situation, stay present, slow down, ask what else is happening if it was happening for you highest good? Reflect, revisit, listen when others speak, even if it sounds like rubbish, it won't kill you to make them feel heard, seen, felt, like we have needed so many times before. Not everything is being communicated to you to change your mind, sometimes people just want to share themselves, general knowledge or hear your view point without being shamed or lambasted.

Releasing control and practicing being in the flow is really what will help you navigate this planet shaking the palm trees! Bring yourself back to LOVE if you're feeling angry or anxious. Those kinds of emotions ultimately mean SOMETHING or SOMEONE is puppeteering us, most times, just a trap we fall into, so watch who is pushing those buttons more than focusing on the button that was pushed. Do the usually things like back up your technology, pay your insurance, mediate and have a little fun because this planet will show you what is not secure enough to go into your future and usually that takes the rug from under us with our devices and transport.
