Things to note about using Activated Charcoal?
Be careful opening. Colours everything black so be careful. Perform a skin patch test first before attempting anything. Don't take with anything you don't want absorbed out of your body for example other medications. Your poop will be green or black if you ingest charcoal and that's okay and normal.
