Hello #JoyfulJune and National Youth, Pride & Fathers Month ❄️🏠🏖🌊 You've brought a massive weather change globally and despite a lot of tragedy all round, people are banding together to make things work in new ways which delivers joy and hope. It's harsh times like this that give people fresh perspectives about life. June is #6 which is related to peace, tranquility, love and home. If you’ve got a neglected situation going on at home, or if you need to make some changes to your relationships, connections, circles, now is a great time to do this. Examine what needs to be changed and set those plans in motion, without settling for second best. Abuse is not the same thing as a challenge, so be careful what you're accepting for yourself and your future.

This cycle is teaching and testing us to embrace the energy surges and check off your to do list rather than pretend things don't exist and then rest when hibernation calls for it. June is the perfect month some time to cuddle up with yourself, someone special or an animal companion. Self softness month means it's a great time to try different #Yoga #NamasteBio #QiGong practices on YouTube and go to your body therapists for your favourite treatment, meditate, massage, take time to relax in an epsom salt bath, observe all and be one with nature and just smell YOUR roses! Whatever makes you feel rested and peaceful is a good idea, focusing on self love of your inner child. You could redecorate your room, home, car, desk, wardrobe or take a creative class like dabbling in passions like painting, writing, dance, music or pottery. Enjoy JOYFUL June!

👨🏻⭐️🧍‍♂️We're celebrating quite a lot this month, one of them being the healthy Alphas in our lives, the ones who have fathered us I ways that have shaped us for our highest good. It has not been an easy thing to learn how to be a great alpha with so many bad examples as leaders. So the ones who find a way to be the true balance of an Alpha in their body, brain and soul are the true heroes of earth and we really need our Earth alphas to rise and strengthen our communities.
