🏄♀️🌊🏄♂️ So what is #SoulWorkSunday all about? It is a global movement to do a spiritual and personal check in with where you are right now in your life each week. With time warping at an incredible pace, it's getting harder and harder to stay on track of the little and big things that matter and have influence over us. Knowing what is coming calms the nervous system because it become proactive instead of reactive, which causes PTSD, fear and overwhelm, even burn out. Everything about you and where you live matters. The past matters. The future matters. Paying attention matters.
We didn't just come here to live a man made life on a hamster wheel, we also came to indulge our senses in the Mother Nature and Father Time. This project is a space for you to have a light and fun trinity self check in of your Trinity: Body Brain and Soul connection and it helps to navigate you with whatever has been current that week with the Namaste Gurus that we follow and we make a scrapbook of stuff for y'all to read about to get you started and that's why we like to keep the theme as varied, up to date and eclectic as possible so you can navigate your way through this cosmic game on earth to your ideal vision board soul beach. ⛵🌊🏠🌴🐚 Each week we take a look at a couple key things that are essential to your trinity's wellbeing, because we are on Earth to EXPERIENCE and it begins with showing each part of our Trinity how to live each day better, more authentically and connected, rolling with the global energies of Earth and her neighbours, as above, so below, as within, so without. The best part of this is being prepared means we don't waste energy on collective chaos, but rather focus constructively on our own individual areas with confidence! It's healthy to throw a bunch of new random things at our trinity regularly void of understanding it, so we can treat ourselves with fresh perspectives from the collective who are healing and evolving because, believe me when I say Knowledge Cures! Learn how to protect and defend yourself in your environment. SA has 5 of the 20 most dangerous citites in the world. If we lived in the village in a jungle, we would be taught how to defend ourselves against creatures, poisons, nature, animals and the weather, but we do not gift ourselves this essential programming when we live in the city. It is the responsible thing to do, which we believe should be taught as a subject and class at school already. Vince is a remarkable human and his team at On Point Protection Skills in SA and Canada are big on defense and common sense and they do classes and one on one. Definitely a must do which is great for the whole family, school and corporate for team building that is life saving.
