Cathryn became a private investigator in 1999 and then studied beauty therapy part time in 2002 which led her into the sister field of body product development and dealing with many a hotel, spa and salon along the way. She has an eye and feel for guest comfort and safety, be it in product development, treatment, service or simply inspecting the premises she is evaluating. She has also been a successful freelancer for a popular hotelier and spa chain mystery guest company since 2010. Together with her 5-Star hotel, retail and spa career experiences, she has been able to combine these individual experiences and get a firm grasp of both industries along with their brand standards and services and has become known for her detailed, confidential, professional and unbiased reporting, which has only ever benefited her clients’ growth, as she would benefit your establishment with maintaining it's standards. She has been a keen teacher and educator in her respective fields and passions in both corporate and holistic approaches.
We will book in as undercover/mystery guests for business or pleasure, depending on your goals and evaluate your premises, services and other requirements at your cost, including our travel, accommodation, food, beverage, transfers, including all the extras you would like assessed. We are based in Gauteng South Africa and are available to travel to most places on Earth. Mystery Guests do not reveal what they are really there for. Everything we report on is confidential and will not be shared with anyone else but the person paying for the report. We are able to assess both male and female treatments. Unless its a short single treatment like a facial or massage, then bookings usually require two of us, as a wingman is a necessity to be able to successfully engage covertly with everyone at your establishment and gain honest data from them as well as unplanned guest feedback, which we find is usually golden! Once off assessments or regular check ins are welcome, we LIVE for this job, for the LOVE of hospitality and the travel industry, which can be a demanding and thankless job most days, so we usually like to make sure your deserving employees are noticed, recognised and rewarded! Also, it doesn't even have to be your establishment. If you need us to scope out your competition so you can up your game, then we are your go team. We also like to evaluate your place to see what your current waste is so that we can redirect your waste to one of our Chaplain Charities or Sustainability projects, which is the main reason we are wanting to get out there to help become a part of the solution in ending hunger and poverty in your neighbourhood through clever waste recycling. We are also great at start ups, so if you're needing some tips, we're here for you. Fees are based on how much intel you require and worked out by the hour for short visits and by the day for long visits or sleep outs.
