It is the epitome of the balance between light and shadow, the extremes of with and without it. We cant learn much about it up close, no one has ever made it that we know of... It is something that has been praised by all the ancients and it's one of our brightest and mysterious stars in the galaxy.

The Sun: A 27mil degree temperature star at the center of our Solar System, that takes up about 99% of that space and is the only reason why all the planets and other bodies out there orbit in a circle around it like clockwork and don't just drift off into our own oblivion. It is a nearly perfect ball of hot plasma, heated to incandescence by nuclear fusion reactions in its core, radiating the energy mainly as visible light, ultraviolet, solar wind, electricity and infrared radiation. The Sun will die out in 65mil years from now, so until then, we better live it up and take care of our home whilst our offspring still have a shot at enjoying what's left!
