It will provide exciting, tailored insight into yourself by calculating what is standing between you and your goals, with tips to avoid repetitive situations, embody true gratitude and grace, what lessons are yours and what aren't, how to move forward, better ways to strategise, create healthy changes in yourself and your world, embracing your shadow side, understanding the balance between our feminine intuitive empath and masculine instinctive narc, how to control your sails and not the wind, with a little divination, all to understand yourself, your kin and the world in a more holistic way, giving you personal leverage over your journey to engineer your destiny. We can see a lot more when it’s an aerial view of the maze of your beautiful life, than we can when we're stuck in any moment and your Namaste Journey coach uses her training with psychoanalysis, neuroscience, theology, ecology, numerology, historical research as well as addressing the spiritual to navigate your waters with you.

Journeying with Namaste is about life navigation, giving you the power of real choice by learning how to choose what is best for you because sometimes that's the biggest obstacle. It will help you to decide on what aspects of yourself to share with whom and when so you can live your authentic life comfortable in your own skin. Sounds amazing right!? It really is because it covers everything we were never taught to survive and thrive. Whether you have experienced trauma or not, indulge yourself in a true Holy Trinity experience of Body, Brain and Soul, Self Care and Wellness. Learning about yourself is one of the most fascinating and rewarding activities you will ever adventure into and a lot has been kept from us that I know you will love to learn, because everyone does! You think you know yourself, until we do a full day of investigation into your trinity and history and match it up with your numerology!!! It is a really a fun day of self exploration. Your first appointment is usually 6-9 hours on one day, which is the equivalent to around 45 traditional therapy sessions, where we collect all your necessary information to start your trinity investigation. This is necessary to create your tailored trinity integration plan, which you receive after your first session and will focus on the things that you have struggled with in the past and then we take it from there, everyone is different! For some, the one day is enough and for others, they may choose to journey on a regular basis. Namaste Journey was created to service all kinds of people because no one is the same. What does it mean to Journey with Namaste? What is a Trinity Triage, Integration & Journey Life Coaching?
A mission statement from Cat, your journey coach..." I am often asked these questions, so I've made my mission statement out of the answer. I offer to assist and facilitate the poinwerful and positive changes you already want to make in your life (and trinity: body brain soul). It is through my experience, skills and artistry that I have created a fun and fascinating way of learning about yourself in order for that to happen for you, which I call Trinity Triage. We journey with strategic trinity investigation into your self specific discovery to create achievable goals with a clear plan from A to B and then monitor your progress along the way, making adjustments as new things pop up for you so we are constantly evolving and applying new actions when required. Journeying is for you if you are ready to increase the quality of your life, understanding, knowledge, effectiveness, relationships, behaviours and productivity in order for you to achieve the things you most want from yourself and others. If you're looking for true satisfaction and fulfillment and know exactly what you want and need but just can't seem to get your butt into gear, then you are ready to journey! We can uncover what that resistance is all about and remove it in a loving no nonsense way. Journeying gives you the opportunity to succeed through chaos, trauma and tragedy and turn them into triumphs in an automated way that doesn't make you feel stuck. If you want to make a real difference in your life, you are ready to transform, but not sure how, then journey is the place for you. I am here to be your guide into yourself, to motivate, cheerlead, course correct, to witness you through your own eyes and to show you yourself, through your Creators eyes as I am shown. The rest is up to you and your exciting unknown journey ahead. What makes Namaste Journey unique is that it's designed around one on one and I use a host of methods and mediums with your testimony and story to give you and overall look into yourself, past, present and future. The journey is tailored just on you and your data, and we move according to your process and timing for maximum integration. Not everyone is brave enough to journey into themselves, but those who do dare, feel liberated, content and free, they fall in love with themselves and are excited about playing the game of life because they feel truly aware.
