What to Prepare
We are very casually welcoming some new Bees into the Hive! Please prep a 1 to 5 minute Show & Tell. Introduce yourself, what you do and why you do it. Feel free to bring samples that you want to share with everyone. Tammy is going to give us a look into how social media is changing. We have a mixture of professions and personality types, which suits all our varied client bases. We can only market each other well once we've all met. Everyone present will make their final decisions whether they will like to stick with the hive and then I will add their details to The Hive Page and you can always refer back to this page if you want to know who is current. We will only be approaching influencers after everyone has decided and happy with one another and make sure that all the new bees are on the same page for a united front. Feel free to bring your ideas and please share what has worked and hasn't worked for you so I can have as much info as I need to create the presentation. |

Guidelines for the Hive to Thrive
1. Take care of each other with equal trades on services that suit both.
2. Take care of the clients we refer to each other.
3. You can leave anytime the Hive isn't working for you however, please give it a good go, try everyone.
4. We truly benefit when we try all the services by all the service providers so that we all have hands on experience and can offer genuine advice to your clients about the treatment or service, so you can experience their authenticity yourself. The only way to know if a service is worth it is to try it out. So you don't have to but we recommend using everyone at least once (even if you feel you don't need) to form your own impression of each person and their service. Give yourself a chance to value and learn about another person's craft and how it could benefit you and your connections. A lot of us do different collaborations and some are still solitary I have enjoyed all my experiences with everyone on this list who I've seen and I know y'all will too.
5. There are no contracts to sign with me. If you want to make your own contracts between each other you can do so. You are asked to do equal giving with receiving and think of the hive first for referrals before others. If you aren't sure, please connect with Cat and send your queries.
6. We usually meet up once a year in Spring to check in with each other and introduce, welcome and showcase any new trusted service providers. No charge for this, we all pay for our own orders.
7. We can have multiple of the same skill because we service local and international and many personality types in different areas which is really needed.
