Hey y'all, it's Cat, I am Chris' wife (I'm sure you all know that LOL), March was an absolutely crazy month with having family here from overseas and then it was month end, and then I had the incident with my head, so I do sincerely apologise that it's taken me this long to come back to you (it's very rude), but I wanted to send you a sincere thanks and I believe in better late than never.
I am not great at public speaking (as you all heard on the night *blind*), what I wanted to say to you, Chris and to you all... Chris really is an amazing human being and I feel very lucky to be his wife and I am deeply grateful for the sacrifices he's made in his career and comfort so that he can be a good husband and father to our kids. It's wonderful for me to see how much love there is out there for Chris, I promise you - your affections and loyalty are well placed with him, he's totally worth it! I get to love all the other bits that you guys don't get to see, and for you Chris, that means that between all of us, we got you covered.
Thank you to everyone who came to see him, came to the party, sent gifts or contributed to the camera fund - I apologise a few of you have asked for his bank info, but I've been AWOL, so here it is FNB 62284115592. Big ups to Anthony, other Chris and Vick for saying such nice words on the evening, to Ross for the venue and sound (SO grateful), to Al (our boy) and Layla for doing the bar, to my dear friends who helped me to cater and set up and clean up - super grateful!!! To the out of towners, especially SHERI!!! We miss you like CRAZY! Also to everyone who wasn't able to come - we missed you - please see the SAVE THE DATE below *wink*, and to everyone who shared 40th wishes with Chris... There were some real amazing tear jerkers #Bromance... You know who you are *wink* Over the years I've seen MANY people come and go in his life and I personally think at 40, he's made a really nice friendship circle, you all rock!!!
