We are working on a couple more things that will hopefully bring in a new element of client, seeing as though the current wells are running dry. So far, the clients are happy with you all, so we are happy (",) #DeepGratitude Should life take you in a different direction and you want/need to leave, please give Cat a little bit of notice so that we can look for someone deserving. Should we get too many complaints from clients on a service provider, we will also need to find a replacement. Should this happen, your page and adverts will be removed. So far we are all good! |
Guidelines for the Cabin and the property
This is our property and we have special permission to work from home from our body corporate and they have rules that can revoke that permission if they are transgressed. We also have a family on this property who also have certain boundaries. We don't really ask much from anyone ever, we don't charge rent and it does cost us money and effort for you and your clients to be here. We also advertise and design for you at no charge and it takes time, skills and planning. We do it because we believe in you and your service, that you are an asset to all our clients. Ultimately we have the Sanctuary in mind long term and building a team of strong women is part of that, not only that growing a client base together for the highest good of all of us. We do not like to repeatedly ask for things and we especially don't like being ignored or dismissed, so should that happen we will take that as a sign that you do not respect our time, money, boundaries, property, family and so on and we will take the necessary and appropriate action. Ideally it is best to make our communication a vital boundary to honour. We feel it's a small price to pay to share what we've been working on since 2002 to achieve. Cat has a goal to heal and empower the wounded Alpha female inside each of her clients and it starts with respecting these boundaries. My most important non-negotiable is my 5 Star Client USP *See all USP's at bottom of this page Unique Selling Points... We do everything for our clients, even down to managing their self care and appointment bookings. The moment they step into that cabin, Cat is at their service and you'll never see a client putting a blanket on themselves for example. It's how she's make the ladies feel special and why she is in business. Anyone not in full service of their clients is not a good fit for the cabin and the future Sanctuary. We will let you know about any communication from clients as and when they come through, Cat is always checking in on her ladies. If you have any requests, suggestions, ideas etc...please feel free to chat to us, that's how we will evolve into a successful Hive. Very important to please read through this entire page. We will ask you to sign a form to say that you have read it, understand it, will commit to it and that you still want to work at the cabin. |

Booking the Cabin
Cancellations
A cancellation isn't only your loss, it's a loss to one of the other sisters who may have been able to use that slot at the cabin. Please be mindful when cancelling with the cabin or your clients - this must only be emergencies. If cancelling become a regular occurrence (even if it's your clients doing) this agreement will be terminated. |

Vital to let us know if any contact info changes. Those of you who have Namaste email addresses, please make sure that you check them regularly, we do not have them backed up here and we are not checking them. Those who need a Namaste email address, please let us know so we can create it and set it up on your phone.
